INDMEM is SAS hard drive enclosure, compatible with 2.5/3.5‑inch SAS HDD for data read‑write via Type‑C interface.

Hard Disk Installation Steps

1. 1. Take out the middle bracket from enclosure. Insert SAS hard drive into SAS interface at 45‑degree angle.

1. 2. Fix hard disk with screws: 2.5‑inch HDD fixed by screws from bottom; 3.5‑inch HDD fixed by screws from left and right sides.

1. 3. Put the bracket with installed hard disk back into enclosure, fasten enclosure screws.

Read‑Write Operation

1. 1. Connect Type‑C cable between enclosure and computer, connect power adapter. Computer will detect new hardware automatically.

1. 2. Used hard drive: The disk will appear in Computer for direct access.

1. 3. Brand‑new hard drive: Complete initialization, partition and formatting in Disk Management before use.

New Hard Disk Initialization & Partition

1. 1. Right‑click Computer → Manage → Disk Management, locate new hard disk and initialize it.

1. 2. Partition style selection: Select MBR for disk ≤2TB; choose GPT for disk＞2TB.

1. 3. Right‑click unallocated disk space, select New Simple Volume. Follow wizard, set partition size and finish formatting.

1. 4. After completed, new hard drive will show up in Computer for normal use.

Warranty Information

1. 1. 7‑day return, 15‑day replacement, 1‑year warranty, counted from customer receiving date.

1. 2. Power cord and USB cable are not covered under warranty, paid replacement available for damage.

1. 3. Damage caused by natural disaster is out of warranty scope, paid repair service available.

1. 4. Fault caused by improper user operation supports paid maintenance service.
