INDMEM SAS is dual‑bay hard drive docking station. It supports 2.5/3.5‑inch SAS and SATA hard disk, supports computer read‑write and hardware offline clone function.

Read‑Write Mode

1. 1. Insert hard disks into corresponding slots. Connect data cable between dock and computer.

1. 2. Connect DC‑12V power adapter, turn on power switch. PC will auto‑install driver and detect hardware.

1. 3. Used hard disk: Disk will show up in Computer for direct read‑write.

1. 4. Brand‑new hard disk: Enter Disk Management to finish initialization, partition and formatting before using.

New Hard Disk Initialization & Partition

1. 1. Right‑click Computer → Manage → Disk Management, locate new hard disk and initialize it.

1. 2. Partition style: Select MBR for disk ≤2TB; choose GPT for disk＞2TB.

1. 3. Right‑click unallocated space, select New Simple Volume, follow wizard to set partition size and complete formatting.

1. 4. After finished, new hard drive will appear in Computer for normal use.

Offline Clone Mode

Important Notes

Disconnect PC data cable during offline clone, cloning will fail if data cable is connected.

Target drive capacity must be equal or larger than source drive, otherwise clone cannot run.

Cloning will overwrite all data on target disk, please back‑up important data in advance.

Clone Operation Steps

1. 1. Insert source hard drive into HDD1 slot, target hard drive into HDD2 slot. Only connect power adapter, disconnect PC data cable.

1. 2. Turn on power switch, blue power LED lights up.

1. 3. Press clone button to start cloning. Progress LED (25%‑50%‑75%‑100%) will flash to show clone status.

1. 4. All progress lights turn off means clone completed. Power off and remove hard disks.
