INDMEM 3.5''/2.5'' SATA HDD/SDD & NVMe M.2 SSD Adapter is dual‑bay hard drive duplicator docking station. It supports bidirectional offline clone and data read‑write for NVMe M.2 SSD and 2.5/3.5‑inch SATA HDD/SSD.

Operating Instructions

Read‑Write Mode

1. 1. Insert hard drives into corresponding slots.

1. 2. Connect Type‑C cable to computer and power supply.

1. 3. Used hard drives will be detected for direct access.

1. 4. For brand‑new hard drives: Complete initialization, partition and format in Disk Management.Partition suggestion: MBR for disk ≤2TB; GPT for disk over 2TB.

Offline Clone ModeImportant: Back‑up target disk data before cloning. Cloning will overwrite all target‑disk data. Target disk capacity must be equal to or larger than source disk.

1. 1. Insert source disk and target disk.

1. 2. Select clone direction: NVMe to SATA or SATA to NVMe.

1. 3. Connect power adapter only, disconnect Type‑C PC cable.

1. 4. Start offline clone. Observe status via clone‑progress LED light.

1. 5. Do not remove hard disks or cut power during cloning.

Warranty Information

1. 1. 7‑day return,15‑day replacement, 1‑year warranty, calculated from customer receiving date.

1. 2. Accessories including power cord and USB cable are not covered by warranty, paid replacement available for damage.

1. 3. Damage caused by natural disaster is out of warranty scope, paid repair service is available.

1. 4. Fault caused by improper user operation supports paid maintenance service.
